Gastronomy
It is well known that the Levac table is abundant and rich, and the gifts of nature in this region are countless.
It takes great skill to prepare food the way it was once made, but the flavors from our kitchen are truly unique. In traditional clay pots, specialties of pork and lamb are prepared, as well as cooked dishes such as beans, cabbage, and various stews. The aroma of distinctive dishes made with forest mushrooms and refined game specialties spreads from our kitchen. A part of this region’s flavors also includes the famous little cabbage rolls wrapped in fir leaves.
