Our beginnings in organizing Team Building programs date back to 1997. Today, we are pleased to offer you original team building games, activities, and programs tailored to your specific wishes:

at any location in Serbia (and the wider region – Montenegro, Croatia, etc.), outdoors or indoors
from half an hour to multi-day programs
from 5 to 505 (or more) participants

Each of our interactive programs is designed to cover different aspects of teamwork. But fun throughout the entire day comes first, which you can see for yourself by browsing the photos and videos on our website. Clients who have hired us once gladly return, as every MI-Team team building event leaves them with cherished memories and the recollection of a day full of wonderful company and enjoyment.

For groups that wish to contribute to a greater cause alongside all this, we suggest programs with charitable donations.

We have not forgotten about team creativity. If you express interest in such a program, we will gladly meet your needs with well-tested creative team building activities.

“Team building” can be translated in several ways, depending on whom you ask. Some feel it is about getting to know people better, others say it should build trust, some believe team building must improve communication, connection, or learning how to solve problems as a group. And everyone agrees that there is always an element of fun, because team building relies on interactive games and interactive activities. In reality, team building is all of this and even more. A good team building game creates positive interactions within a group of people, improving their ability to work as a team once they return to the work environment.
